Project: “Production, delivery, installation and commissioning of the modular installation for the treatment of leachate waters from a landfill site”

Location: Regional waste disposal site – Razlog                in the news

Project description: The delivery is complex and includes all the components of the system: INGE Ultrafiltration System, AquaCom DRII2500 Reverse Osmosis, Iwaki Dosing Pumps, pH Walchem ​​Measuring Systems, SKADA Automation and many other accessories. The container is built to high standards for long-term operation and protection of equipment and service personnel. The Ultrafiltration and Reverse Osmosis technology is used in the purification plant. The quality of the outgoing water is very similar to that of the drinking water. The design, nominal water capacity is 3,800 l / h.

Project: “Reconstruction of the System for Production and Dosage of Lime Milk”

Location: Water Treatment Plant for Drain Waters at Assarel-Medet JSC – Panagyurishte

Description of the project: The delivery included all important components for proper operation of the system: silo filters, safety valves, arch removal system, insulating shut-off valve, volumetric feeder, screw conveyors, hydrated lime level sensors, mixing tank with a volume of 5 m3 and electric stirrer, anti-dusting system and peristaltic dosing pumps. Only two silos, each with a volume of 100 m3, were retained from the existing equipment. The design, nominal output of the new system is already 9000 l/h of Lime Milk at 10% concentration. Dosage is done with peristaltic pumps, which are the best solution for this type of application.

Solutions of AquaCom for a chemical plant in Plovdiv

This year,  AquaCom Electronics Ltd. consulted, supplied, installed and set it up equipment for the reconstruction and extension of the water treatment cycle for technological needs in one of the leading chemical plants in the Plovdiv region. The equipment of Pentair and Walchem is implemented. The choice of technology and specific technique was made after 30 daily measurements of the water consumption in the factory and a full monitoring of the piping system. For this purpose, the Nivus Clamp-On technology was installed to record the  water consumption for the production needs every two minutes. Based on the analyses made, several variants were proposed by AquaCom specialists. The proper solution was chosen based on the most optimal option. The delivery included a softening installation and automatic systems for monitoring and correcting water disinfection. The water treatment scheme has also been changed for the purpose of better reserve and  disinfection.

Project: Supply, installation and commissioning of the Installation for water treatment with sand filters.

Task description: Water treatment installation for water purification with sand filters is built on a mountain water catchment in the region of Kosovo. Mechanical cleaning is performed by 6 automatic sand filters.

Measuring point: village Kosovo, distr. Plovdiv

Scope of delivery Nivus, ProMinent, Siemens, Danfoss and Grundfos equipment are used.

The system has been developed on the basis of Siemens LOGO! controller, Danfoss VLT frequency converters and pressure sensors MBS3000, range (0-10)bar/(4-20)mA, Nivus controller NivuCont Plus Analysis  and Nivus  turbidity sensor.

Scope of delivery:  The measurement was performed with “Doppler” technology. The system consists of a controller: model OCM F, bottom ultrasonic sensor to measure the flow rate: model KDA010, compact ultrasonic level gauge for measuring level: model NivuCompact.

Measuring point: 3 pcs. partially full pipes, width 1200 mm for activated sludge recirculation
